Booking order:<\/h2>\n\n
The guest places a binding order with Landurlaub M\u00fcritz, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR to book a holiday apartment or holiday house for the stated period and the stated number of persons. Binding bookings must be made in writing or via the online booking portal.<\/p>\n\n
Acceptance of the order:<\/h2>\n\n
The booking order is only bindingly accepted by Landurlaub M\u00fcritz, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR once the guest has completed the online booking with the \u201cBook and pay\u201d button or has booked directly at reception (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cbooking\u201d). The guest then automatically receives a booking confirmation by email.<\/p>\n\n
Deposit \/ balance:<\/h2>\n\n
The stated deposit is due upon booking. If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation may become void without the guest being reminded or notified again. The remaining balance is generally due 14 days before arrival; every booked day must be paid for.<\/p>\n\n
Cancellation of the booking:<\/h2>\n\n
The guest has the right to cancel the booking. The cancellation must be made in writing, by email or by post.<\/p>\n\n
The cancellation fees in the event of cancellation or no-show are generally as follows:<\/p>\n\n
up to 31 days before the agreed arrival date: a flat fee of \u20ac55.00<\/p>\n\n
from 30 days up to 8 days before the agreed arrival date: 50%, up to<\/p>\n\n
from 7 days before arrival: 100%<\/p>\n\n
of the agreed rental price. (If any credit balance is to be refunded to the guest, the guest is entitled to payment within 4 weeks.)<\/p>\n\n
Guests who have not arrived by 9:00 pm on the agreed arrival date are considered no-shows. If the guest does not make use of services for reasons for which Landurlaub M\u00fcritz, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR is not responsible, the guest is not entitled to a proportional refund. The guest remains free to prove that no costs or lower costs were incurred in connection with the services not used. As, according to the above, the risk of cancellation or non-arrival by the guest, e.g. due to illness or similar, lies with the guest, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR recommends taking out travel cancellation cover or travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company.<\/p>\n\n
Early departure:<\/h2>\n\n
In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of a proportional amount of payments made, unless the early departure was necessarily caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Landurlaub M\u00fcritz, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR.<\/p>\n\n
Changes to bookings:<\/h2>\n\n
A handling fee of \u20ac10.00 is charged for changes to bookings.<\/p>\n\n
Prices:<\/h2>\n\n
Prices are based on the price lists set each year. It is generally assumed that the guest has informed themselves about the applicable prices before booking. The current prices are also displayed during the online booking process.<\/p>\n\n
Number of persons \/ occupancy of the accommodation<\/h2>\n\n
The holiday accommodation may only be occupied and used by the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation. The stated number of persons also includes children, toddlers and babies. If the prices for the holiday accommodation are graded by number of persons, all persons must also be stated here.<\/p>\n\n
Utility costs<\/h2>\n\n
Utility costs for electricity, gas, water, waste water and heating are charged as stated in the house description.<\/p>\n\n
Final cleaning<\/h2>\n\n
Final cleaning is charged as stated in the house description.<\/p>\n\n
Bed linen<\/h2>\n\n
Bed linen is charged as stated in the house description.<\/p>\n\n
Pets<\/h2>\n\n
Pets may be brought along as stated in the house descriptions.<\/p>\n\n
Damage<\/h2>\n\n
If damage to the holiday accommodation or the property is culpably caused, the landlord will claim compensation.<\/p>\n\n
Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\n\n
The holiday accommodation is available to you from 4:00 pm on the first day of your booking and must be left tidy, swept clean and in proper order by 10:00 am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n\n
Liability<\/h2>\n\n
Within the scope of the duty of care of a prudent businessperson, Landurlaub M\u00fcritz, Zwerg und Zwerg GbR is liable for the accurate presentation of the description of services and for the proper provision of the rental services contractually agreed between it and the tenant.<\/p>\n\n
The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Waren (M\u00fcritz).<\/p>\n\n
